PRODUCT VARIATIONS

All of our products/ pieces are handmade, natural and organic and may feature slight defects due to this nature. All pieces are carefully handcrafted, with lots of attention to detail. They are then individually packaged and checked before dispatch to ensure they get to you in perfect condition.

Wood/ timber pieces are completely unique and no two pieces are exactly alike. Each piece will have variations in colour, grain and some may occasionally have slight natural inconsistencies like surface cracks. This is part of the beauty of natural wood. We suggest keeping wood/timber pieces out of direct sunlight as it will cause fading or discolouration overtime.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and a soft damp cloth to remove spills from timber surfaces. Timber side tables are for indoor use only. Please keep all our wooden pieces and artwork out of direct sunlight to avoid discolouration. 

All of our pieces unless stated otherwise are not water or food safe.

SHIPPING

We are currently using Sendle for all Victorian deliveries. (Australia-wide delivery is coming soon)

We also offer a Local Pick-up option for quicker, safer delivery from our studio to you.

Please contact us if you need your item(s) by a specific date and we will try our best to accommodate.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS POLICY

We are currently not offering returns for change of mind on our original artwork or products. Due to the unique handmade nature of our products & with the planet in mind, we encourage a considered purchase. Please take the time to ensure your new piece will find place in your home or space, for many years to come.

We aim to have high quality images of our products however slight variations in colour may occur. Variations in colour and grain of our wood pieces are part of the natural characteristics of the material.

WARRANTY

Hey Bonnie offers a 1 year structural warranty on furniture pieces. This covers for structural defects which are a result of a production fault. This commences from the date that we receive payment.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hey Bonnie is not responsible for the following:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.
  • Damage caused by spills or incorrect cleaning of the product (refer to care instructions of each product).
  • Injury or damage caused to the product by misuse, this include sitting incorrectly or knocking the item over.
  • Damage caused to the product during delivery or installation.
  • Damage caused through keeping the product in an incorrect environment, for example, direct sunlight, or outdoors.
